High Tech Voice -Accessibility Statement

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the rules and standards for using services provided by High Tech Voice Telecom (“High Tech Voice Telecom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our network, systems, or services, you agree to follow this policy and ensure that all authorized users under your account comply as well.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this AUP is to maintain the security, reliability, and optimal performance of High Tech Voice Telecom’s infrastructure, while promoting lawful, ethical, and responsible use of our services by all customers and partners.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use High Tech Voice Telecom services for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activity. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

a. Illegal or Harmful Conduct

Using our services for unlawful activities such as fraud, harassment, threats, or distribution of illegal or harmful content.

b. Spam and Unauthorized Communications

Sending unsolicited bulk messages, robocalls, phishing campaigns, or misleading promotional communications.
Using our platform to initiate, transmit, or support spam in any form is strictly prohibited.

c. Network Abuse or Interference

Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with network operations or services.
This includes denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, traffic flooding, or any activity that negatively impacts other users.

d. Improper Telecom Usage

Engaging in toll bypass, SIM boxing, unauthorized routing, caller ID manipulation, or call fraud.
Any misuse of voice or messaging services that violates telecom regulations or degrades service quality is not permitted.

e. Unauthorized Access

Attempting to gain access to systems, accounts, or data without proper authorization, whether belonging to High Tech Voice Telecom or third parties.

f. Misrepresentation or Identity Abuse

Impersonating individuals or organizations, or providing false or misleading information about your identity or affiliation.

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site 

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all usage associated with their accounts, including actions taken by employees, contractors, or end users. You agree to:

  • Safeguard account credentials and access keys

  • Implement appropriate security measures to prevent misuse

  • Monitor account activity for unusual or suspicious behavior

  • Promptly report any suspected violations or security incidents to High Tech Voice Telecom

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

High Tech Voice Telecom reserves the right to monitor service usage to ensure compliance with this policy. In the event of a violation, we may take appropriate action, including:

  • Investigating suspected misuse

  • Issuing warnings or requiring corrective action

  • Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating services

  • Limiting access to certain features or traffic

  • Initiating legal proceedings where necessary

Immediate action may be taken without prior notice in cases involving fraud, security risks, or regulatory concerns.

5. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications, data protection, and privacy.

6. Policy Updates

High Tech Voice Telecom reserves the right to update or modify this AUP at any time. Any changes will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
