High Tech Voice Telecom – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the rules governing access to and use of services provided by High Tech Voice Telecom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Overview

High Tech Voice Telecom offers cloud-based communication and connectivity solutions, including voice services, messaging, numbering resources, routing, IP transit, and related telecom platforms.
We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete account information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Ensure all users under your account follow these Terms and applicable regulations

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Billing & Payment Terms

Charges are based on agreed pricing plans or actual service usage.
Unless otherwise specified, payments must be made in advance.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
All taxes, regulatory charges, and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Telecom & Messaging Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and industry standards, including:

  • Voice Services: No involvement in fraudulent calls, robocalling, spoofing, toll bypass, or unauthorized traffic routing

  • SMS/MMS & 10DLC: Compliance with registration requirements, sender identification, user consent, opt-out handling, and messaging content rules

  • Numbering Services: Proper and lawful use of DIDs and toll-free numbers, accurate business identity representation, and adherence to regional numbering policies

High Tech Voice Telecom reserves the right to suspend or restrict services to maintain compliance and protect network integrity.

5. Acceptable Use

Use of services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.

6. Service Availability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may cause temporary service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All systems, software, platforms, and related content remain the exclusive property of High Tech Voice Telecom or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Tech Voice Telecom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the previous twelve (12) months.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms or AUP

  • Non-payment or billing issues

  • Regulatory or compliance risks

  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity

Upon termination, access to services may be revoked immediately.

10. Governing Principles

These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial and telecommunications practices, along with applicable local laws and regulations.

By using High Tech Voice Telecom services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
